SalesReap started as a research project in my city, an attempt to understand what small business owners actually struggled with. After getting almost no replies, one conversation changed direction: someone told me what they really needed was a storekeeping and bookkeeping tool. That insight became SalesReap, a tool that lets store owners assign and monitor different levels of duty to their workers, giving them clearer oversight of daily operations. I never launched it, but it remains a project I may pick back up in the future.
